Acceptable - Prohibited Activities & Restricted Countries

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:

All merchants using our payment solution are independently responsible for their actions in complying with all applicable laws in relation to the use of Sul Payments services, regardless of the purpose of the use.

In addition, merchants must adhere to the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy.

You may not use the Sul Payments service for activities that:

Violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation related to transactions involving:

  • Narcotics, steroids, certain controlled substances or other products that present a risk to consumer safety, (weed tours in certain are/ sext trips etc.)
  • Drug paraphernalia,
  • Items that encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity,
  • Ammunition, firearms, or certain firearm parts or accessories, or certain weapons or knives regulated under applicable law.
  • Acting as a money transmitter, selling stored value cards or voucher of any kind as a standalone business
  • Shares or documents that can be sold on the stock Market, national or international, any banking or financial service, lending institutions, deeds of ownerships or investment business.
  • Companies owned via bearer shares.
  • Offshore bank account services.
  • Payday Loans and Pawn Shops.
  • Marriage services.
  • Timeshares.
  • Sales of credit or debit cards, active or not and any related services
  • Money Laundering of Terrorist Financing.
  • Sales of travel cheques, discounts on travel cheques or financial requests.
  • Sales that involve payments with the purpose of bribing or corruption.
  • Foreign currency.
  • Databases and e- mail lists that contain personal data and information enough to single out an individual.
  • Any gambling without the corresponding authorization.
  • Prostitution.
  • Products or services related to child pornography, pedophilia, nudity of minors, as well as any items that in any way involve the illegal participation of minors.
  • Products or services that promote or incite third parties to discrimination, delinquency
  • Products or services destined to open locks, or to perform any type of break-in
  • Products or services prohibited by the law
  • Products or services which are under embargo
  • Fireworks, or any other explosive material, that contains gunpowder or can be considered dangerous.
  • House raffles.
  • Narcotics, toxic substances, hallucinogenic substances, along with any material for its use, or any other related material
  • Anabolic and steroid substances
  • Controlled substances, and/or products that pose a risk to consumer safety;
  • Medicines, which are only sold with a doctor prescription or not, utensils with the purpose of making, manipulating or consuming medicines, including any hospital equipment
  • Animals
  • Sales for items or services that are identified by governmental agencies with a high probability of being fraudulent.
  • Tobacco
  • Firearms, knives, ammunition and weapons.
